Strawberry-Topped Ice Cream Tartlets

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 6 scoops Breyers® 1/2 the Fat Creamy Vanilla Light Ice Cream (about 3 cups)
  • 1 package (5 oz.) sponge cake dessert shells
  • 2 cups frozen fat free whipped topping, thawed

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine strawberries with sugar in bowl; set aside.

Scoop Breyers® 1/2 the Fat Creamy Vanilla Light Ice Cream onto dessert shells. Top with strawberries, then whipped topping.
